[ann] Oxygen XML Editor version 23

Hi,

I am happy to announce that we made available a new major version  of 
the following oXygen XML Editor set of tools:
- XML Editor, XML Developer for *XML development*
- XML Editor, XML Author for *XML authoring*
- XML Web Author for *collaboration*
- PDF Chemistry, WebHelp, Publishing Engine for XML-based *publishing*
- Scripting for different *automation* tasks

Version 23 is immediately available from our website

Here there are a few highlights that I consider very important:
  - *concurrent XML editing* in the Oxygen XML Web Author
  - expanding a DITA map and enabling *editing in the referenced topics*
  - the possibility to *define or customize using a script* how Oxygen 
supports an XML language
  - use the *Author visual editing mode for JSON* editing

In addition to these products we released now, we also provide:
- Oxygen Feedback to enable *comments* on published content
- Oxygen Content Fusion to enable XML *collaboration* and where we plan 
to bring the *concurrent editing* technology from Oxygen Web Author in 
the upcoming release.
