[xmlvoc-comment] One ontology attempt

I've made a rough ontology for my Free XML Tools web site, which is
attached to this email in LTM format. I did *not* try to fill in
instances, as there are just too many of them, and I don't see any
point in it anyway. Given the types the instances are obvious.
