| I have put the minutes of the Baltimore meeting online. 

I looked at them now and have one comment: in section 4 it would help
if the minutes listed the action points inline, so that one does not
have to know where the list of action points is to figure out what #7
is, for example. 

One solution may be to have an inline link from the word "action
points" down to the table of action points below. Another to include
text stating what the action points are.

Other than that it looks fine.
