TechEncyclopedia Permission

Greetings!

I have been in correspondence with TechEncyclopedia representatives 
about our use of their content for the XMLvoc PSI set. Bottom line is 
that they license their content and assuming we got past that hurdle 
(with no budget), they would require that the definitions be used 
unchanged.

There appears to be no problem with our consulting their definitions as 
part of writing our own but we cannot simply replicate their definitions 
without paying the licensing fee.

I did suggest and will be sending more information on PSIs that since 
their content is available already, that they might want to consider 
making it into a set of PSIs.
