Dear XRI TC,

Notwithstanding my concerns about XRIs as an identifier system, I do think you have done an excellent job on the Extensibility and Versioning story for XRI Descriptors.  The enclosure element is one of the few techniques available for writing forwards and backwards compatible schemas.  Kudos.
