Groups - Intro to XRIs v2.0 Working Draft 2 (Word) (wd-xri-intro-02.doc) uploaded

This second draft is substantially complete in sections 1 and 2 and has the
outline of Section 3. Please send any comments on these sections. 

Dave McAlpin will do a first draft of Section 3 and WD 03 will be posted
early next week.

Document Description:
This is the new name for what was the XRI Primer. It will no longer be an
official part of the XRI 2.0 doc suite, but just a TC document published to
help others understand the motivation, purpose, and uses of XRIs.
