Good coverage of XRIs

As if we didn't already have enough motivation to get the XRI 2.0 specs out.
This article in CIO magazine that came out last week makes a tremendous case
for the uniform identification layer that we feature in the Intro to XRIs
document. It has good coverage of XRIs, but also mentions that the Network
Applications Consortium and OMG are looking at several other options.
