Certification of use of XRI v2.0

NeuStar, Inc., hereby certifies that it is successfully using the XRI Syntax
2.0 Committee Draft 02 specification.
 
Neustar operated registry services during a trial program and has since
extended this registry service to support XRI 2.0 syntax.

In addition, resolution servers, and provisioning protocols have been
deployed, which also support the v2 syntax of XRI.
 
Development continues on applications and services, which rely on XRI v2.0.
