Groups - Draft XRDS Schema Revision for XRI Res 2.0 CD02 (draft-XRDS-cd02-v4.xsd) uploaded

This is the updated XRDS schema (which is only the very simple container
for the XRD schema). The only change is to add the redirect attribute (the
ref attribute already existed in the previous version).
