1) XRI 2.0 VOTE OUTREACH

We discussed the outreach effort for the final five days of the OASIS
Standard vote on XRI Syntax 2.0 and XRI Resolution 2.0. 

The TC member discussed wording of an vote outreach letter which will be
sent to voting representatives today.

# DRUMMOND to complete the second draft text for a final review.

# ALL to review the list of uncommitted voters to determine who you may be
able to contact to support the vote.

We will hold our regular TC telecon on Thursday to monitor progress and plan
any final steps.
