Because many of the principal people were not on the call, we didn't  
discuss very much at all.  Scott and I shared our concerns with the  
two recent proposals: <SubjectSet> and XRD-level KeyInfo.  We decided  
to simply follow up on existing mailing list threads rather than try  
and proceed with the call.
