Schema-wise I was under the impression we had ended up with Subject being a
string, not a URI (where perhaps match="exact" implies that it's a URI, but
not as a general assumption). I see from the latest schema rev that's not
the case, so that's something that would have to be clarified in any case.
But I don't think typing it as a URI works as long as the match policy is
meant to be open to extension, so +1 on that point.
