Forgot to add, for Will's purposes, that there's text cleanup needed in the
spec to align with the schema, mainly pointing out areas where order is
significant, and fixing references to existing types that aren't accurate
because of the extensions/wildcards present in the schema.
So for example some of the elements say "is of type xs:string", when that's
not in fact true, that kind of thing.
Once the schema's done, I can identify more issues, but wanted to note it
now if Will does another draft.
