As you can see, I've tagged and uploaded Working Draft 04. This draft
has no further {TODO} items left... at least a first draft has been
written for everything I had marked. If there were other things
outstanding, I didn't have them marked, so please speak up. This is
also a really good time to go back over all the language and see what
works and what doesn't. The trust section was the biggest thing
tripping us up, so with that being pushed off to later profiles, it
shouldn't take us very long at all to polish this up into a committee
draft.
