On section 4.3, Processing order, it says that if we have:
<Link>
<Rel>...</Rel>
<URITemplate>...</URITemplate>
<URI>...</URI>
</Link>
Then the client must try and obtain the linked resource from the
URITemplate first, and if that fails, to use the <URI>.
But that does not make a lot of sense: The client knows if it wants
URI or URITemplate.
