I think OASIS gets bitchy about changes during PR, so my advice is just to
track the issues that come in for remediation afterward.

I wouldn't think that making changes in subversion would be too big a deal, so long as we don't publish a new Working Draft during PR (which we did last time). Either way, I don't anticipate having that many changes to worry about tracking.
