Sorry for the delay in our overall response to this request, and my
personal delay in getting back to you. Neither were intended. It is
unclear what happened to the discussion with Mary, but for my part,
apparently thinking about the right solution and actually
communicating to start us on the path to the right solution are two
different things ;-(
Today, I asked Robin to work with you on this. You can expect his
reasonable follow-up. When tempted to ask where this issue has been
for the last two weeks, scowl in my direction, not his.
