Outstanding action items
     - New tests
       Microsoft's tests are now on the web site.
       Morris and Carmelo will add the Xalan tests.
    - Kavi system
      Progressing.  Official launch is targetted for March 13.

Agenda items
   - Prototype test suite
     Jeff will package up the 150 xsl:number tests, with catalog and simple documentation.
     Full test suite will follow.

Membership
   - Elevation of observers to voting member status
     Gauri Sharma is now a voting member.
   - Welcome new observers
      Bob Lojek
      Jody Narel, LMI

Next meeting dates
     - March 7 face to face (details to be arranged)
     - April
