David is correct.  Way back then it was decided that a test

harness (as we think of it) was not mandatory (required) for 

the deliverables.   

It looks to me that we been slow (to say the least) on the review
process

of the tests.  I will like the committee to consider releasing the
tests

"as is" this month and ask for feed back from
vendors/users.  Can this

be an agenda item for Thursday?

By the way I will send the conference call details as soon as I

get them (later today or tomorrow)
