Good news regarding HTML diff

I just became aware of a couple messages on the W3C's mailing list
about ways to diff HTML. Have a look at
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/spec-prod/2003JanMar/0006.html
for the full message. This could help us in recommending how to check
actual vs. reference output for tests that produce HTML.
