WS-Trust Issuer and AppliesTo fields

Hi all,

IBM's WS-Trust implementation uses the Issuer and AppliesTo fields in the
RequestSecurityToken to find the appropriate trust chain to invoke.  Do we
know what value these fields will have in our interop environment?
