RE: comments submitted during the public comment period for the XSPA profile of XACML

Colleagues

As discussed in the XACML TC conference call, I have made proposed edits
to the XSPA profile of XACML based on the spreadsheet of comments made
during the public comment period.  Duane has made additional corrections
to the attribute Tables based on our experience at the HIMSS InterOp.
