A further topic which I forgot to mention on the call. I think it is important to set a target date for 'feature freeze' from an interop perspective so that we can complete testing of interoperability before the RSA conference itself - i.e. there should be a 'stable' interop release for each vendor's functionality. If there are any last minute updates they should be done in a separate server or client instance in case they break interoperability. Perhaps 2nd Feb is a good target 'freeze' date - leaving a week and a bit before the conference itself to sort out any minor interop issues? And separately, it was discussed but as folks were not all on the call I think it is important to note that we are anticipating that there will be different sets of functionality across the vendor implementations from the various conversations to date. Unlike last year we are not planning on a lowest-common-denominator approach - whatever can be demonstrated will be demonstrated even if one or more vendors do not yet implement that functionality.
