Relatively minor questions and 
observations:
 
1:
"Wherever possible, the parameterName 
should coincide with the established elements and attributes of the LegalXML 
data dictionary and contain the same information"
 
Remove the "Wherever possible," 
 
2:
How about a Boolean parameter on the query to eliminate 
the query labels in the response. 
 
3:
Within a standard query why not allow the requested 
columns in the response? The columns would have to be applicable to the query 
(i.e. couldn't request charges within a getCaseActorRole).
