A couple of other suggestions. In the body of paragraph 11, I would
change "usuable" to "accessible" after "tamper-evident must be" and
before "electronic notarization" add the word "authorized" to make
clear that access and use must both be authorized. The revision thus
reads:


11. �Unique to the Notary� and �exclusive control� mean with respect to
an electronic notarization that the signing device used to affix the
electronic signature of the Notary and to render the official
electronic seal information tamper-evident must be accessible only by
the Notary to the exclusion of all other persons and entities for the
necessary period of time that such device is engaged and operating to
effectuate an authorized electronic notarization.
