Jamie Clark -- I hope that you will be able to attend today's meeting and
provide us your views concerning the appropriateness of the letter that John
Messing and Rolly Chambers have drafted.

I agree with the views set forth in the letter.  I have personal
reservations about having them come from an OASIS TC or Member Section.
