  a ccts:BasicBusinessInformationEntityProperty is that 
  it is unqualified (it is a ccts:BasicBusinessInformationEntity without the qualifier part of the 
  name).
My understanding is that the thing that sets a BBIE 
Property apart from a  BBIE is the Object Class (i.e. the BBIE Property doesn't have one), not the 
Property Term
