As you can see, your vote to approve continuing with with the submission of SMP v1.0 COS01 to the OASIS members for OASIS Standard vote has passed.
We will now proceed with the vote. I have contacted the chair regarding whether to hold this ballot until BDXL is also available and will proceed as you all prefer. TC Admin JIRA ticket  https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/TCADMIN-2600  has been opened to track this work.

Description
Service Metadata Publishing (SMP)

Version 1.0 completed its 60 day public review and received comments. The TC has determined that the comments require no changes to the current Committee Specification. The log of the comments and their resolution can be found at  https://www.oasis-open.org/ committees/document.php? document_id=60846 .
Passing this ballot will result in an OASIS membership ballot being started to consider approving the Candidate OASIS Standard. The ballot requires that 15% of the OASIS member companies vote in favor. If less than 15% vote in favor or if more than 25% vote against, the ballot will fail. There are currently 262 OASIS member companies (although this number may change before the ballot). Using this number, at least 40 companies must vote in favor to pass.
This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 5 voting members. In order to pass, at least 4 (2/3 x 5) members have to vote Yes and no more than 1 (1/4 x 5) members may vote No
This is explained in TC Process section 3.4.3, Balloting for OASIS Standard approval [2].
