Ballots for both Candidate OASIS Standards approved:

Agreed to hold the ballot for SMP until BDXL COS02 has been released so that both COSs can be released for voting on a single ballot.

Kenneth had drafted responses for comments 1, 2 and 4. Sander to draft a response for comment 3.
