Attached status of public review comments after our review of comments received from Philip. The comments marked with yellow are TODO.  Pending items for SMP 2.0:  - Write "changes from SMP 1.0 to SMP 2.0" section (Kenneth)  - Section 3.7.1: include 2nd identifier scheme for services (Erlend)  - Section 3.7.3: Comment from Philip, "The syntax description above outlines that the  documentElementLocalName  is a mandatory element. To the contrary, I would state that  documentElemnetLocalName  MUST NOT be an empty string." - I didn't find any comment resolution in my notes (TC)  - Certificate class: 1) New descriptions for "ActivationDate" and "ExpirationDate" (Erlend) 2) Update XSD to reflect changes made (Ken) 3) Update class diagrams in 4.1 to reflect changes (Kenneth)  - 5.6.2.1: Comment from Philip: "Why can t I use SHA512?
