REVIEW OF PACIFIC CALL MINUTES

The Atlantic call discussed the timeline for publishing SMP 2.0 elaborated during the Pacific call. The target for publishing SMP 2.0 as a Committee Specification was confirmed as
  2 months.

SMP 2.0 PUBLIC REVIEW (CONTINUED)

Work on reviewing SMP 2.0 comments was continued.

Section 3.7.3 comment from Philip: "The syntax description above outlines that the  documentElementLocalName  is a mandatory element. To the contrary, I would state that  documentElemnetLocalName
  MUST NOT be an empty string.". It was discussed and agreed that documentElementLocalName is a mandatory element.

Review of comments received from CEF eDelivery was initiated. Comments from section 3 and forward will be reviewed at next TC meeting.

Pacific calls are held every second Tuesday at 21.00 EST (Wednesday night UTC).

Atlantic calls are held every second Wednesday at 17.00 CET.
