XHE Statement of use

Hi all,
I hereby confirm that Chasquis has successfully implemented and used
the Exchange Header Envelope (XHE)

Version 1.0 Committee
Specification 03 as released on December 13 2020 in accordance with
the mandatory conformance clauses specified therein and OASIS
policy. This successful implementation and use included
interoperability testing
against three independent implementations.
