Statement of Use for XHE 1.0 CS03

Dear all
This to confirm that Efact has successfully been implementing and using the Exchange Header Envelope (XHE)

Version 1.0 Committee Specification 03 as released on December 13 2020 in accordance with the mandatory conformance clauses specified therein and OASIS  policy. This successful implementation and use included the test against three independent implementations.
