I would prefer not to “reset the CD02 review” at
this time. My thoughts on this is for the TC to accept Phil’s input as an
issue raised on CD02 and which would be incorporated in our next edit pass.
That said I only did a quick scan of Phil’s input. Is he
raising an issue that MUST ;) be addressed before we proceed to CD02?

OK. Please note that Phil provided a number of comments re. the
proposal for http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/BP-16. I
already reviewed the feedback and will send comments to Phil. I believe his
comments need to be addressed first before we request to move with
CD02 approval. Or?
