Well, the proposal for BP-16 has not been formally approved by the
TC (the issue is still in status "open" and not
"resolved"). I thought we agreed (during the F2F meeting) that
the team will: 

(1)     Review the
BP-16 proposal and approve it

(2) Check whether other resolved
issues have been correctly applied

 

But, I could not find anything specific in the F2F minutes.

This could also be done, if the TC agrees. In this case, I believe,
Phil will need to post a new issue or to request to reopen issue BP-16.

OK. Please note that Phil provided a number of comments re. the
proposal for http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/BP-16. I
already reviewed the feedback and will send comments to Phil. I believe his
comments need to be addressed first before we request to move with
CD02 approval. Or?
