I may have misunderstood the conclusion at last week's telecon, but I
thought we would get rid of the table and replace it with something like
nested bullet lists, or terse prose text, or something like that --
something more verbose, in any case, that will be clear about where to look
(link) for the normative presentation of the rules about the particular cases.
