Browser binding for CMIS

To all,

The TC is starting a workgroup to produce an initial "browser binding"
proposal for v1.1. Greg Melahn has kindly volunteered to be the
workgroup coordinator. Workgroup participation is open to all TC
members. Anyone interested in joining please let Greg know, or join the
first workgroup call that Greg will arrange in the next few days.

The workgroup will choose a suitable meeting time and frequency.
Participation in workgroup meeting is optional. Its attendance does not
affect a member's voting right in the TC.
