As you probably know, in OASIS you're welcome to set up whatever point-to-point TC liaisons seem useful.  ( https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/liaison#tcliaison )   Our guidelines for TC web pages do ask that, once you've established one, you list the liaison relationship  on your home page.  (See, for example:  https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=tosca#tc-liaisons )
   OASIS also has a high-level cooperation MoU in place with ETSI, for org-level matters, if that's useful;  but most often the interesting chats take place among specific working groups, as you're pursuing presently.      We do already have some TCs in liaison with the ETSI NFV project specifically.  It's possible there are other virtualization-focused SDO projects worth considering, as well.  Best of luck.
