Administrative roster repairs

DITA Adoption Members,

I've made an administrative repair to your subcommittee roster to again
reflect the following members who were inadvertently removed from the roster
today.  These members' temporary absence from the roster should not impact
their roles in the TC, as it was the result of an inadvertent click in the
roster management process.
