DITA Adoption TC meeting now at 11 a.m. ET

team,

 

The TC voted 
overwhelmingly in favor of meeting at 11 a.m. ET. I'll update the KAVI 
shortly.

 

Moving forward, our 
meetings will be scheduled at this time, and those of us outside of the USA will 
adjust as our clocks, and the US clocks, change.

 

For those interested 
in the data, a total of 12 members responded to the email 
poll:

The GMT vs. ET vs. 
PT was decided at ET (4 votes for GMT, 5 votes for ET, no votes for PT) (not all 
members expressed a preference, hence the total number of votes is less than the 
total number of voters).

The meeting time slot was decided at 8 a.m. 
PT (11 a.m. ET) (5 votes for 9 PT, 10 votes for 8 PT)

Note that 3 members 
didn't mind which time slot we meet, in which case I added a vote for both times 
to reflect that they had voted. Thus the sum-total of votes exceeds the number 
of voters. Ignoring these 3 votes, the outcome is 7 votes for the earlier 
time, 2 votes for the later time.
