DITA Adoption/TechComm SC Action Items
from 03-14-2016

Attending: Jenn, Kathy, Joe, Bob, Keith, Stan Regrest: JoAnn, ChrisG  Stan - set up a meeting with Mark and Jennifer on L&T
whitepaper at DITA NA.  Stan - audit the DITA 1.2 and 1.3 whitepaper sources in Kavi.
Identify whitepaper for which we do not have sources in Kavi.
> DONE  Chris - Update the draft of the CSH whitepaper with comments
from Tony and Stan.
- Bob to check TC reviewers beyond Stan and Tony.
- Stan to help with Kavi posts etc.  Stan - Update the "Listening Sessions" proposal with proposed
dates and locations in the Boston area.
Dave - Update the Release Management Excel plug-in.  Stan - Recruit a new XQuery ace to review the Release Management
XQuery DITA-OT plug-in.
Jenn - Touch base with Joe Gelb and check out his existing tooling
for identifying conditionalized elements.
Bob -  Rebuild the PDF for Short Description whitepaper.
Post the PDF as "published."
Upload final sources to Kavi.  Stan - Draft and send out for review an ATC promotion handout:
a. Background info
> Summary of mission/charter
> URLs to ATC dita.xml.org, wiki, and OASIS sites
> Contact info - ATC members
b. Recent whitepaper summaries/links
c. Appeals for involvement and new content  Joe - have whitepapers available at their vendor booth at DITA NA.  Stan/Kathy - queue up the ATC whitepaper PDFs for inclusion on the
DITA NA USB stick.
- FRIDAY (03-18) deadline
- Figure out how to get copies out to members at the
DITA NA conference.
