DOCBOOK-APPS: Creation of HTML Documents Conforming to DifferentStandards

Hello!

Is it possible choose the standard a HTML document should conform to
(assuming one has the HTML DTDs installed)? If so, how can it be
done? (This would be useful for backward compatibility with older web
browsers).
