DOCBOOK-APPS: Generating RTF with the DSSSL stylesheets

Can some kind soul point me to a tutorial, like [1], for using the
  DSSSL stylesheets to generate RTF?

  I'm using SuSE 8 with its openjade package and the current version of
  the stylesheets.
