without reading carefully your other posts I would suppose that this is
an easy task. It's a condition isnt it?
You can do this with:
<xsl:choose>
<xsl:when test="foo">
...
</xsl:when>
<xsl:otherwise>
...
</xsl:otherwise>
</xsl:choose>
