Indentation Problem in FOP Output

Good afternoon list,

 

I have a docbook document that I am transforming to
PDF using Xsltproc and FOP (0.20.5) on Linux.

 

I have an issue where all the paragraphs and the
level 1 sections in the contents page are all indented.  I do not have any
customisation for indentation at all so I am at a loss to understand where this
is creeping in.

 

Does anyone have any idea on this and how I maybe
able to get around it?  I can supply any additional information as required.
