revhistory at end of book/article

Hi,

Can anyone suggest a way to have the revhistory table appear at the
end of a book or article in both HTML and XSL-FO outputs? I've been
looking at the Sagehill guide, and I don't think a custom titlepage or
 'generate.toc' parameter can do this.
