AW: [docbook-apps] revhistory at end of book/article

In my Dopus framework (http://cms.agynamix.de/downloads/cat_view-2.html) in
the FO customization layer there is an entry that lets you specify an
appendix or a preface with id "revhistory". If this is specified, then the
revistory is laid out as a table and put into the specified place.

In that FO customization layer you can see the algorithm that is used to put
revhistory there.

Hi,

Can anyone suggest a way to have the revhistory table appear at the end of a
book or article in both HTML and XSL-FO outputs? I've been looking at the
Sagehill guide, and I don't think a custom titlepage or  'generate.toc'
parameter can do this.
