xweb, literate programming, tangle and weave.

For some time I've been quite impressed by the use of xweb in the build
of docbook parts.

Believing others may find it useful I've documented it, collected
web references to other articles and provided an example.
I've also extended it in one area,
allowing more than one output file, which needs xslt 2.0
