Action 06-05-22-05: RefURI attribute in SignedReference OptionalInput (II)

Dear all,

After sending the previous message and re-reading the proposed text, I 
think that the one below is better...

"RefURI [Optional]
If this attribute is present, the corresponding <ds:Reference> element’s
URI attribute is set to its value. If it is not present, the URI 
attribute is omitted in the corresponding <ds:Reference>."
