Comment on new techarch spec.

I can not join the meeting today. However, I have some comments on the
spec.

1. Add the description of each component in section 4.3 system overview and
the brief description of the relationship between components.

2. I do not see the message services mentioned in A) Company and human
actor use cases of section 6.2. And why is only R&R actor use cases
included in section 6.2? It would be better to include the use cases of all
or none of the individual projects.
